    I have a place out in my front yard on a hill side that stays wet 24/7 365 days a year.. It is about 20 feet from a wooded area.. When I mow my yard above it the ground is dry.. If I try and mow over that spot I will get almost stuck.. It is about 15 foot wide and probably 25 foot down the hill.....
